Poultry house tents
Poultry need a stable climate: fresh air, the right temperature and controlled light. An insulated tent house with fans and lighting provides that and can be built quickly for new flocks or temporary capacity.

Typical uses
- Broiler production
- Laying hens (floor housing)
- Pullet rearing
- Turkeys and ducks
- Temporary capacity during renovation

Planning tips
Stocking density
EU rules limit broilers to 33 kg live weight per m² (up to 42 kg/m² under stricter conditions) and barn-housed laying hens to 9 birds per m² of usable area; check your national rules.
Fans and inlets
Mechanical ventilation with fans and air inlets is standard; plan the number with your poultry equipment supplier.
Insulate
Insulation keeps the climate stable and cuts heating costs for young chicks.
Frequently asked questions
How many broilers fit in a 12 × 60 m house?
+
At 33 kg/m² and about 2.2 kg final weight, about 15 birds per m², so roughly 10,000 birds on 720 m². Your contract and local rules decide the actual density.
