Warehouse tents

A warehouse tent gives you a column-free storage hall with forklift access, lighting and optional insulation, installed in weeks. Use it for pallets, raw materials, finished goods or seasonal peaks, and extend it bay by bay when you need more space.

Planning tips

Start from the pallets

Count pallets, stacking height and the forklift type; the warehouse space calculator turns them into floor area.

Plan doors for the traffic

Put large sliding or roll-up doors on the gable ends for forklifts and trucks, and personnel doors on the sides as escape routes.

Height near the walls

Racking along the side walls is limited by the side-wall height, not the ridge. Choose a taller model if you rack high.

Frequently asked questions

How big should my warehouse tent be?

+

As a rule of thumb, 1,000 EUR pallets stacked two high need around 750–800 m² including forklift aisles. The warehouse space calculator works it out for your pallets and equipment.

Can forklifts drive into a warehouse tent?

+

Yes. Sliding or roll-up doors at the gable ends can be several metres wide and high; the floor (usually an existing slab or new concrete) must suit the forklift.

Is a warehouse tent secure?

+

Doors lock, and steel frames can be combined with lower steel or panel walls where intrusion is a concern. Ask the manufacturer about security options.

Does a warehouse tent need insulation?

+

Not for most goods. Insulate for food, temperature-sensitive goods, or to reduce condensation. See insulated vs uninsulated.
